If you are involved in the care of young children then the course you are require to complete is Provide Emergency First Aid in an Education and Care Setting HLTAID004, this course will cover all topics of provide First Aid with extra awareness on early childhood injuries and illness.

The CPR certificate is valid for 12 months. The certificates for Provide First Aid and Provide Emergency First Aid in an Education and Care Setting are valid for 3 years. The CPR component of these courses is valid for 12 months and will need to be updated annually for your certification to remain current. Perform a Rescue from a Live LV Panel (LVR) and CPR is valid for 12 months.

Yes, the qualification is the same. A two day course is required when there is no pre-course learning and assessment. A one day course is available due to our course being streamlined to allow you to complete learning and assessment prior to attending your face to face training.

You are required to make a payment at the time of booking. This ensures you receive your Statement of Attainment on the day you complete your training. Our online booking and payment system is secure and you can pay with a Visa/MasterCard or PayPal account. We can also take payment over the phone. Large groups or businesses can be invoiced and payment made via EFT.

Contact Immediate Response First Aid Training as soon as possible and we can rebook your first aid course to a date which better suits you. We understand that at times things may get out of control, life gets in the way and the date you first selected is now not going to work. Our refund/rebooking policy is simple. If you contact us 24 hours before your course there is no cost to change your date. Within 24 hours of your course there will be a charge of $20.00 to rebook. If you decide to cancel your course there will also be a cost of $20.00 to cover administration costs.
